Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

  • Services must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

  • Payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept: CASH, CARD OR APPLE PAY VIA OUR WEBSITE

  • All prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least [24/48 hours] in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of [£5 or % of service cost].

  • Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before your appointment.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Access to water and electricity may be required for certain services (if mobile).

5. Service Limitations

  • We aim to provide services to a high professional standard, but some stains, odours, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully restored.

  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, or contamination (e.g., mould, hazardous materials) may incur additional charges.

  • If we believe a service cannot be completed safely or effectively, we may decline or adjust the service.

6. Liability

  • We take great care when working on your vehicle, but we accept no liability for:

    • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects.

    • Damage resulting from aftermarket accessories or poor prior repairs.

    • Any mechanical, electrical, or structural issues arising during or after cleaning.

  • Our liability, if proven, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

  • We do not provide guarantees on ALL* stain or damage removal.

  • Any aftercare advice given must be followed to maintain results.

8. Privacy

  • We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on request or on our website.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
